About Bloomberg Capstone Project
Bloomberg L.P. is a multi-national financial services and broadcast company. They partnered with Carnegie Mellon’s Human-Computer Interaction Masters program to help improve the efficiency of their Analytics department, who provides customer support for its flagship product, the Bloomberg terminal. During this 8 month project, I served as the UX Design Lead on a 5 person team, where we applied our knowledge of HCI to research, design, and prototype a solution for our client.
